Gorgeous smaller than medium sized hen bred by Ken Christopher. "LITTLE MISS TEXAS" was purchased specifically to mate to "GENERAL REDDING" also in the auction. She has a very muscular frame with a tight vent and single tail. She's got an amazing eye with a very thick black circle around the pupil as can be seen in the photo. This pair in the auction this week are the very last pure Van Loons we have and have been paired the last couple years. Anybody looking to bring in great Van Loons please do not pass on this hen. She will breed wonderful babies.
