Do to age and an upcoming move Lou has decided to retire from the sport at 85 years old after of 77 years of racing his pigeons.

In the past Coletta birds have won in multiple years in the

SAMDPR; 8th,10th, and 11th, while only sending a 3 bird Team.

Coletta has been awarded the AU MASTER BREEDER AWARD 5 times, so far that record has not been surpassed. The wins from Central Jersey Combine, Spring Hill Florida, the Midwest and California have been second to none.

More recently Coletta has scored over and over at the top of the Hoosier!HE WAS EQL.FIRST 4 TIMES AND FIRST AT THE 169 WITH OVER 2,492 BIRDS.
