****ALL AUCTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE McCabe Garfield Memorial Auction" Catagory!! ****

The 2nd Annual McCabe Garfield Memorial Scholarship Auction is set to begin Sunday night July 29th. We will list approximately 15-20 birds over the course of 4 to 5 weeks. These birds are direct from our stock loft with some being proven flyers, money winners, and a couple very proven breeders! Week 1 will begin with 4 to 5 top of the line grizzle pigeons. Our grizzles are some of the most sought after grizzles in the Country and we have saved the very BEST for this auction! The weeks to follow will have something for everyone! All top of the line quality birds! 

A little back story on this auction. In early September 2022, just before our local County Jr Livestock Show our Son McCabe passed away unexpectedly at the age of 20 on a camping trip with his Girlfriend and closest friends. As you can imagine this was completely devastating to our little family and still is to this day. As we sat down as a family we promised that no matter what we would honor McCabe in ways that he would be happy about and that we would do all we could to help those who loved the things that he did. His biggest love was his Girlfriend, close behind her were his birds and livestock. He showed in Jr Livestock Shows all over for 10 years and accomplised more in those 10 years than most Kids would ever dream of. He loved to help other kids and teach them what he knew. He cheered on the unpopular and gave grace to those who were struggling. We miss him dearly but know that the things we do to ensure the success of this auction and other fundraising efforts we do throughout the year help keep his memory close to us and so many others. 100% of ALL proceeds from this auction go directly to support local 4-H and FFA kids who participate in the Southwest Jr Livestock Show in Cedar City and is done so in McCabe's name! Last year we were able to purchase 2 animals in the auction with funds raised. This year our goal is to not only purchase up to 5 animals but also donate the meat from some of these animals to local charities who help those in need! We whole heartedly believe in this cause and have seen its benifits after just one year for these amazing kids. We want to thank each and every one of you who so graciously spend your hard earned money to support the memory of our boy! Good luck to all of you!!
