- Your billing information will be used for identity verification, to verify that the customer is of legal age and to ensure all bids are backed by a valid payment method. Please note that your winning items will be automatically paid after the auction ends from the billing information provided.
- Please provide a Valid Email
- Once you register an account with us, you will receive an email from iPigeon.com to your email address for verification. Please follow the instruction to complete your registration.
- We will email Order Confirmations and Shipping Confirmations along with tracking information through your iPigeon.com account. If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, the information you provide on your account is used to contact you. It will also be used to contact sellers for shipping purposes. Fees: There are no Buyer’s Fees.
- Members can login by selecting LOGIN. You will then be asked to enter your User Name and your password to access your account information.
- If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Your Password. Once you submit the email address linked to your iPigeon.com account, we will send you an email with instructions on how to update your password and login to your iPigeon.com account. If you cannot remember what email address is associated with your account, we can assist you find your account with recent order number.

Editing Your Account
- You may always make changes to your Profile, Billing Information and Shipping Information by selecting Profile under My Account.
- What are my payment options?
- We offer the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We no longer accept American Express.
- Within the US: Buyer pays shipping on a per seller basis at a rate of $60 for the first bird and $10 for each additional bird. This shipping will be added to the final bid. Buying more than one bird from the same seller will reduce the shipping cost.
- Out of US: The charges depend on where the bird(s) are shipped. This is something that is normally arranged between the Seller and the Buyer.
- The BUYER must report to iPigeon any unsatisfactory problems with a received item within 24 hours of receipt. iPigeon will assist our buyers with a satisfactory resolution of any of these issues.
- ALL, regardless of reason, Credit Card Charge backs, against iPigeon from a buyer will result in iPigeon deducting those funds and costs from the seller’s account. iPigeon will assist our sellers with a satisfactory resolution of any of these issues.
- iPigeon will assist buyers with refunds for up to two weeks following the auction close. Shipping return to the seller will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The price on the item is the price for what is described. If two birds are described, then the price is for both. Shipping is charged on a per bird basis. If two birds are on the item, the shipping for the auction item will be $70. I hope that helps
- From time to time a mistake will be made. If that occurs, please email us. Bids placed in the last three (3) hours of the auction will not be deleted.
- If you are the high bidder and you want to add or increase your Automatic/Proxy Bid, you should click the "Place Bid" blue rectangle button. You will then see a pop-up window. Enter your new Automatic/Proxy Bid and click the blue rectangle button marked "Automatic Bid."
- You cannot lower your Automatic/Proxy Bid, you can only increase it.
- Unfortunately, you cannot change your username. It is used to link everything together. We do not encourage it; however, if you really need this change, email Fred Iantorno requesting this change.
- Sold items can be viewed for a period of 5 days from the sale date.
- From the Search dropdown, check the box on the "Show Closed Items Only" selection. Only sold closed items will be displayed.
- There are two ways to Add an Item to your Watch List. You need to be logged in to use the Watch List.
- From the category page (the page where up to 9 auction items are displayed in tiles), click the orange heart in the top right of the picture. It will turn white and the item will appear in your Watch List. You will also receive an email.
- The second method is to click the orange rectangle "Add to Watch List." The rectangle will become green and the item will appear in your Watch List. Again, you will receive an email.
- To remove an item from your watch list, on the Watch List page, click the white heart in the orange circle in the top right of the picture. You can also click the white heart on the category page or the green rectangle on the bid page.
